The Crimson Club Board serves to support the Crimson Club membership and Utah Athletics in many ways.  Each Board member is asked to serve as an advisor, a fundraiser, a decsion-maker, a positive representative and role model for each student athlete, and of course, a rabid fan of Utah Athletics!

The primary purpose of the Board is to fulfill the mission of the Crimson Club as set forth in the Club Bylaws and for the following additional purposes:

  1. Help inform those at the University and in the community of  the role of the Crimson Club in supporting excellence in athletics at the University of Utah.
  2. Keep the Director of Athletics and/or the Executive Director of the Crimson Club informed of any matters that may adversely affect the Club's ability to achieve its goals.
  3. Assist the Director of Athletics and/or the Executive Director of the Crimson Club in achieving the mission of the Crimson Club.

 

Mission Statement

The Crimson Club supports the mission of the University of Utah’s Athletics Department and serves as the fund-raising arm for academic support and athletic scholarships while building strong links between the Athletics Department and the community.  The Crimson Club provides academic and life skills support and encourages fan support essential to the success of the intercollegiate athletics program at the University of Utah.
